AUDITORS OVERSIGHT (AMENDMENT, VALIDATION AND REPEAL) ACT, 2026 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Auditors Oversight (Amendment, Validation and Repeal) Act, 2026, the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Auditors Oversight (Amendment, Validation and Repeal) Act, 2026 (Commencement) Order, 2026.

Paragraph 2

Commencement The Auditors Oversight (Amendment, Validation and Repeal) Act, 2026 comes into force as follows — (a) sections 1 to 8 come into force on 30th September, 2026; and (b) section 9 comes into force on 1st October, 2026.
