THE HEALTH PRACTICE (MEDICAL TOURISM PROVIDERS AND MEDICAL TOURISM FACILITIES) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER,
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7A(1) and (2) of the Health Practice Law (2013 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order - This Order may be cited as the Health Practice (Medical Tourism Providers and Medical Tourism Facilities) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order, 2016. The Health Practice (Medical Tourism Providers and Medical Tourism Facilities) Order, 2014, is amended in the first column of the Schedule by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical sequence the words “Health Services Authority health care facility” and inserting opposite thereto, in the second column of the Schedule, the words “Health Services Authority”.
