THE IMMIGRATION LAW (2015 REVISION)

The Cabinet, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 99 of the Immigration Law (2015 Revision), makes the following Regulations - These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations, 2018. The Immigration Regulations (2018 Revision) are amended in regulation 20 (3) by deleting the words “Bulgaria” and “Romania”.
