In exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the Public Management and Finance Law (2017 Revision), the Cabinet, on the advice of the Minister of Finance, makes the following Regulations - These Regulations may be cited as the Financial (Amendment) Regulations, The Financial Regulations (2013 Revision) are amended in regulation 2 by deleting the definitions of “Central Tenders Committee”, “pre-qualifying tender process” and “prescribed tendering process”. The Financial Regulations (2013 Revision) are amended by repealing Part IX.
