Regulation 2 Limited Liability Companies (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2019

Amendment of Schedule The Limited Liability Companies (Fees) Regulations, 2016 are amended in the Schedule — (a) by deleting the third column with the heading “Fee US $”; and (b) by inserting after the item described as “Strike off filing fee”, the following item — “Inspection fee under section 34A(2)
