WAIVER OF CONSERVATION LICENCING REQUIREMENTS FOR SELECT GROUPS

In accordance with the powers conferred by section 3(12) of the National Conservation Law, 2013, the National Conservation Council makes the following changes to the National Conservation Council (Licence and Permit) Directives, 2016.

Insert at sections 6(2), 15(2), and 20(3), before sub-clause (a) the following new sub-clause (aa) (aa) is an active Police Officer, active permanent Department of Environment staff, active temporary Department of Environment staff, volunteer or intern, past Department of Environment staff known to the Department to still be of good character, active Conservation Warden; or if not
