Exempted Limited Partnership Law (2018 Revision) EXEMPTED LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Exempted Limited Partnership Law (2018 Revision) the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Exempted Limited Partnership (Amendment) Regulations, 2020. Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2018 Revision) - fees The Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2018 Revision) are amended in Schedule 1 in item 4 as follows — (a) in fifth column, in paragraph (a), by deleting the words “Mutual Funds Law (2015 Revision)” and subsituting the words “Mutual Funds Law (2020 Revision) or registered pursuant to section 5 of the Private Funds Law, 2020 [Law 1 of 2020]”; and

Regulation 2 Exempted Limited Partnership (Amendment) Regulations, 2020

(b) in fifth column, in paragraph (b), by deleting the words “Mutual Funds Law (2015 Revision)” and substituting the words “Mutual Funds Law (2020 Revision) or not registered pursuant to section 5 of the Private Funds Law, 2020 [Law 1 of 2020]”. Made in the Cabinet the 22nd day of May, 2020.
