Customs and Border Control Act (2021 Revision) CUSTOMS AND BORDER CONTROL (PROHIBITED GOODS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12(1)(d) and 133 of the Customs and Border Control Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Customs and Border Control (Prohibited Goods) (Amendment) Order, 2021. Amendment of paragraph 2 of the Customs (Prohibited Goods) Order (2017 Revision) – import of rice, etc. The Customs (Prohibited Goods) Order (2017 Revision) is amended in paragraph 2 by deleting the words “rice, sugar and cement” and substituting the words “rice and sugar”.

Paragraph 3 Customs and Border Control (Prohibited Goods) (Amendment) Order,

Insertion of paragraph 2A in the Customs (Prohibited Goods) Order (2017 Revision) – import of cement The Customs (Prohibited Goods) Order (2017 Revision) is amended by inserting after paragraph 2, the following paragraph — “Import of cement 2A. The import of cement is prohibited, except with the permission of the Cabinet, from countries of origin other than — Colombia Panama Costa Rica Puerto Rico Cuba Republic of Honduras Dominican Republic United Kingdom and Commonwealth Countries Haiti United States of America Israel Venezuela Mexico
