Erratum - National Conservation (Marine Parks) Regulations, 2021 (E1 of 2022)

ERRATUM - NATIONAL CONSERVATION (MARINE PARKS) REGULATIONS, 2021 (E 1 of 2022) NOTICE OF ERRATUM The National Conservation (Marine Parks) Regulations, 2021 was published as Supplement No. 1 with Legislation Gazette No. 21 of 12th March, 2021.

An error appears in regulation 14 where ‘Restricted Marine Areas (Designation) Regulations (2004 Revision)’ was inadvertently included instead of ‘Restricted Marine Areas (Designation) Regulations (2003 Revision)’. The correct wording should be as follows:

14. The Marine Conservation (Marine Parks) Regulations (2007 Revision), Marine Conservation Regulations (2004 Revision) and Restricted Marine Areas (Designation) Regulations (2003 Revision) are repealed.

Subscribers are requested to amend their copies of the National Conservation (Marine Parks) Regulations, 2021 accordingly.
