Limited Liability Partnership Act (2023 Revision)

LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP (FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2023 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act (2023 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st January, 2024.

Regulation 2

Amendment of the Schedule of the Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) Regulations, 2020 The Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) Regulations, 2020 are amended in the Schedule by deleting item 16 and substituting the following item —

“Item Description Section of Act Fee (KYD) Express fee for filings, certifications, certificates and copies 50(2)(c)
