Erratum - Financial Regulations

NOTICE OF ERRATUM 18th January, 2022.

In regulation 2 of the Financial Regulations (2022 Revision), in the definition of the word “Bank”, words were omitted by mistake.

Please delete the definition of the word “Bank” and substitute the following definition — “ “Cayman Islands Development Bank” means the Cayman Islands Development Bank established under section 3 of the Development Bank Act (2018 Revision);”.

Subscribers are requested to amend their copies of the Financial Regulations (2022 Revision) accordingly.
