Limited Liability Companies Act (2023 Revision) LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES (FEES) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Limited Liability Companies Act (2023 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Companies (Fees) (2) These Regulations come into force on 1st January, 2025.

Amendment of the Schedule to the Limited Liability Companies (Fees) Regulations (2020 Revision) - fees The Limited Liability Companies (Fees) Regulations (2020 Revision) are amended in the Schedule by deleting item No. 10 and substituting the following item and fee — “No. Description Fee CI$ Annual fee under section 57(1) $1,100”.
