Exempted Limited Partnership Act (2021 Revision) EXEMPTED LIMITED PARTNERSHIP (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 48 of the Exempted Limited Partnership Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Exempted Limited Partnership (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2024. (2) These Regulations come into force on 1st January, 2025. Amendment of Schedule 1 to the Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2021 Revision) - fees The Exempted Limited Partnership Regulations (2021 Revision) are amended in Schedule 1 as follows — (a) in item 4, in the fourth column, as follows — (i) by deleting the words “$1,200” and substituting the words “$1,300”; and (ii) by deleting the words “$2,000” and substituting the words “$2,100”; and
