Limited Liability Partnership Act (2023 Revision) LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP (FEES) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act (2023 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. (2) These Regulations come into force on 1st January, 2025.

Regulation 2 Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024

Amendment of the Schedule to the Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) Regulations, 2020 - fees The Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) Regulations, 2020 are amended in the Schedule by deleting items 8 and 14 and substituting the following items — “Item Description Section of Act Fee (KYD) Annual fee 20(1) $2,100 Annual fee for a registrant partnership which is provisionally registered 39(11)(c) $1,100”.
