Limited Liability Partnership Act (2023 Revision) LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP (FEES) (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 2024 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 50 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act (2023 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 2024. (2) These Regulations come into force immediately after the coming into force of the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2024.

Amendment of the Schedule to the Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) Regulations, 2020 - fees The Limited Liability Partnership (Fees) Regulations, 2020 are amended in the Schedule by deleting items 15 to 21 and substituting the following items — “Item Description Section of Act Fee (KYD) Express fee for filings, certifications and other documents related to registrations, deregistrations, continuations and conversions 45B Express fee for filings, certifications, customised certificates, customised letters and other documents (other than filings, certifications and other documents related to registrations, deregistrations, continuations and conversions) 45B Filing of a document (other than the filing fees that are already specified) 45A Copying a document 45A Certification fee 45A Issuance of a certificate (other than a special certificate) 45A General search of the register under section 44(2) 45A Refund processing fee 45A Deregistration under section 37 45A Fee for correction of error on filed documents 45A Fee for a customised certificate requested by a company 45A Fee for a customised letter requested by a company 45A Made in Cabinet the 17th day of December, 2024.
