ERRATUM - CUSTOMS AND BORDER CONTROL (VISAS, ENTRY AND LANDING) REGULATIONS, 2019 (E 1 of 2024) NOTICE OF ERRATUM The Customs and Border Control (Visas, Entry and Landing) Regulations, 2019 was published as Supplement No. 5 with Extraordinary Gazette No. 6 of 23rd January, 2019.

An error appears in regulation 13(1), ‘Repeal’, which inadvertently duplicated the repeal of regulation 24 of the Immigration Regulations (2018 Revision). Regulation 24 had been previously repealed by regulation 11 of the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations, 2013.

The correct wording should be as follows:

13. (1) Regulations 18 to 23 and 25 to 26 of the Immigration Regulations (2018 Revision) are repealed.

Subscribers are requested to amend their copies of the Customs and Border Control (Visas, Entry and Landing) Regulations, 2019 accordingly.
