Public Service Pensions Act (2023 Revision) PUBLIC SERVICE PENSIONS (EX-GRATIA UPLIFT PAYMENTS) (AMENDMENT) In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 15 of the Public Service Pensions Act (2023 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.
Regulation 2 Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) (Amendment)
Amendment of regulation 2 of the Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) Regulations (2025 Revision) - definitions The Public Service Pensions (Ex-Gratia Uplift Payments) Regulations (2025 Revision) are amended in regulation 2 by deleting the definition of the words “minimum cumulative pension” and substituting the following definition — “ “minimum cumulative pension” means a monthly payment in the amount of one thousand five hundred dollars commencing 1st January, 2025;”.
