Customs and Border Control Act (2024 Revision) CUSTOMS AND BORDER CONTROL (VISAS, ENTRY AND LANDING) (AMENDMENT) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 133 of the Customs and Border Control Act (2024 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Customs and Border Control (Visas, Entry and Landing) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025. (2) These Regulations come into force on 1st October, 2025.

Amendment of regulation 12 of the Customs and Border Control (Visas, Entry and Landing) Regulations (2025 Revision) - visitor’s work visa The Customs and Border Control (Visas, Entry and Landing) Regulations (2025 Revision) are amended in regulation 12(5) by deleting the words “or renewed”.
