Private Funds Act (2025 Revision) PRIVATE FUNDS (ANNUAL RETURNS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Private Funds Act (2025 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Private Funds (Annual Returns) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025. Repeal of regulation 4 of the Private Funds (Annual Returns) Regulations, 2021 - fee for submission of annual return The Private Funds (Annual Returns) Regulations, 2021 are amended by repealing regulation 4. Made in Cabinet the 17th day of December, 2025.
