Health Practice Act (2026 Revision) HEALTH PRACTICE (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2026 In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 42 of the Health Practice Act (2026 Revision) the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Health Practice (Amendment) Regulations, Amendment of the Health Practice Regulations (2021 Revision) - insertion of regulation 9A; clinical trial guidance The Health Practice Regulations (2021 Revision) are amended by inserting after regulation 9 the following regulation — “Clinical trial guidance 9A. (1) The Commission may, in the public interest, issue and publish guidelines to regulate any aspect of clinical trials. (2) Where the Commission issues and publishes guidelines in accordance with paragraph (1), it may consult such persons as the Commission considers necessary, including the Chief Medical Officer.
