Regulation 1

CUSTOMS AND BORDER CONTROL (VISAS, ENTRY AND LANDING) (AMENDMENT) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 133(1) of the Customs and Border Control Act (2024 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Customs and Border Control (Visas, Entry and Landing) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026. (2) These Regulations come into force on 2nd April, 2026. Amendment of regulation 2 of the Customs and Border Control (Visas, Entry and Landing) Regulations (2025 Revision) – definitions The Customs and Border Control (Visas, Entry and Landing) Regulations (2025 Revision), in these Regulations referred to as the “principal Regulations”, are amended in regulation 2 by inserting after the definition of the term “Customs and Border Control” the following definition — “ “recognised health facility” means — (a) the Cayman Islands Health Services Authority established under section 3 of the Health Services Authority Act (2018 Revision);

(b) the company registered under the Companies Act (2026 Revision) by the name Health City Cayman Islands Ltd.; (c) the company registered under the Companies Act (2026 Revision) by the name P.M.C Limited (trading as CTMH Doctors Hospital); and (d) any other health facility in the Islands designated under these Regulations, by Order.”. Amendment of regulation 7 - production of visas The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 7 as follows — (a) in paragraph (1)(b) by deleting the words “Peru” and “Venezuela”; and (b) in paragraph (4) as follows — (i) by inserting in the correct alphabetical sequence in the list of countries, the words “Dominican Republic”, “Haiti”, “Peru” and “Venezuela”; (ii) by repealing subparagraph (b) and substituting the following subparagraph — “(b) in order to, within twenty-four hours of arrival in the Islands by a cruise ship — (i) transfer to another cruise ship and leave the Islands; (ii) leave the Islands on the same cruise ship; or (iii) leave from the Islands by air;”; and (iii) by repealing subparagraph (d) and substituting the following subparagraph — “(d) as an operational crew member of — (i) a commercial airline, including one that is privately operated; (ii) a private jet charter; or (iii) an air ambulance provided on behalf of a recognised health facility.”. Amendment of regulation 12 - visitor’s work visa The principal Regulations are amended by repealing paragraph (7).

Insertion of regulation 12A - fees The principal Regulations are amended by inserting after regulation 12 the following regulation —

“Fees 12A The prescribed fees for the purposes of specified sections of the Act and these Regulations are payable on submission of the relevant application and are set out in the Schedule.”. Amendment of regulation 13 - repeal The principal Regulations are amended in regulation 13 by inserting after paragraph (2) the following paragraph — “(3) The Immigration Regulations (2025 Revision) are amended in Part 1 of Schedule 1 by repealing the reference to the sections of the legislation, the provisions and the fees relating to the following subject matters — (a) Visas; (b) Visitor’s Extensions; (c) Permission to Reside as the Dependant of a Caymanian; and (d) Miscellaneous Fees (Copy of a document; Issue of re-entry permit).”. Insertion of Schedule - fees The principal Regulations are amended by inserting after regulation 13 the following Schedule — (regulation 12A) FEES Item No. Section of Act or Regulations Subject Matter Fee CI$
