Caymanian Protection Act (2022 Revision) CAYMANIAN PROTECTION (TEMPORARY WORK PERMITS AND BUSINESS VISITORS' PERMITS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72 of the Caymanian Protection Act (2022 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Caymanian Protection (Temporary Work Permits and Business Visitors’ Permits) (Amendment) Regulations, 2026. (2) These Regulations come into force immediately after the Immigration (Transition) (Amendment and Validation) Act, 2026 comes into force. Amendment of regulation 1 of the Immigration (Transition) (Temporary Work Permits and Business Visitors’ Permits) Regulations (2024 Revision) - citation The Immigration (Transition) (Temporary Work Permits and Business Visitors’ Permits) Regulations (2024 Revision) are amended in regulation 1 by deleting the words “Immigration (Transition)” and substituting the words “Caymanian Protection”.

Amendment of regulation 7 of the Caymanian Protection (Temporary Work Permits and Business Visitors’ Permits) Regulations (2024 Revision) - fees for work permit and business visitors’ permit The Caymanian Protection (Temporary Work Permits and Business Visitors’ Permits) Regulations (2024 Revision) are amended in regulation 7 as follows — (a) in paragraph (1), by deleting the words “Immigration Regulations (2019 Revision)” and substituting the words “Caymanian Protection (Fees) Regulations, 2026”; and (b) in paragraph (2), by deleting the words “Schedule 1 of the Immigration Regulations (2019 Revision)” and substituting the words “the Schedule to the Caymanian Protection (Fees) Regulations, 2026”.
