Iin exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Law, hereby order as follows — I, THOMAS RUSSELL, Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor of the Cayman Islands, being satisfied that reciprocal provisions have been made by Belize for the enforcement within that country of maintenance orders made by the Courts cf the Cayman Islands, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Law, hereby order as follows — Citation This Order may be cited as the Maintenance Orders Enforcement (Belize) Order, 1977. Provisions Extension The provisions of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Law are hereby extended to Belize.
