Regulation Remuneration of the chairmen and members of the Appeals Tribunal and Labour Tribunals
Regulation 1
The Governor in Cabinet, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 74, 77 and 85 of the Labour Law (2001 Revision) makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Labour (Tribunal Members’ Remuneration) Regulations, 2006. Remuneration The Chairmen and members of the Appeals Tribunal and of the Labour Tribunals established under sections 74 and 77 of the Labour Law (2001 Revision) shall receive the remuneration specified in the Schedule for each day, or part of a day, that they attend a meeting of the Appeals Tribunal or a Labour Tribunal. Repeal of the Labour (Tribunal Members’ Remuneration) Regulations, 1998 The Labour (Tribunal Members’ Remuneration) Regulations, 1998 are revoked.
