Partnership (Fees) Regulations

The Partnership (Fees) Regulations, 1986 made the 21st October, 1986 consolidated with the Partnership (Amendment) Regulations, 2001 made the 28th August, 2001 and the Partnership (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2006 made the 30th May, 2006. Consolidated and revised this 19th day of June, 2007. Note (not forming part of the Regulations): This revision replaces the 2003 Revision which should now be discarded.

Citation These regulations may be cited as the Partnership (Fees) Regulations (2007 Revision). Prescription of fees The following fees are prescribed to be paid to the Registrar in respect of limited partnerships — on inspection of a statement, under section 54(1) on certification of a certificate of registration, under section 54(1) on certification of a copy of or extract from a registered statement, under section 54(1)
