Public Health Law (2002 Revision) PREVENTION, CONTROL AND SUPPRESSION OF COVID-19 (PARTIAL LIFTING OF RESTRICTIONS) (PROCESSIONS) REGULATIONS, 2020 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Public Health Law (2002 Revision) the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation These Regulations may be cited as the Prevention, Control and Suppression of Covid19 (Partial Lifting of Restrictions) (Processions) Regulations, 2020.
Regulation 2 Prevention, Control and Suppression of Covid-19 (Partial Lifting of Restrictions) (Processions) Regulations, 2020
Processions by a uniformed service in Grand Cayman or Cayman Brac (1) Notwithstanding regulations 3 and 8 of the Prevention, Control and Suppression of Covid-19 (Partial Lifting of Restrictions) (No.3) Regulations, 2020, the Cabinet may, after consultation with the Medical Officer of Health, permit a uniformed service to hold a procession. (2) In this regulation, “uniformed service” means — (a) a naval force, including the Coast Guard; (b) a regiment; and a police force, fire service or prison service.
