A deposit of $50 shall be made in respect of each use of a hall. The Principal Secretary may apply all or any part of that sum towards the cost of making good any damage to the hall or any furniture or other thing in or about the hall resulting from the use to which the deposit relates. Any deposit, or part thereof, not so applied shall be repaid to the depositor. This rule shall not apply to the Government and the Principal Secretary may waive its requirements in any case of any use when a bond satisfactory to him has been entered into securing an amount of at least $50 towards the costs of making good any damage arising out of that use. _7, Any person using a hall shall leave it as he finds it. In particular, no alteration to a hall or anything in or about it may be made without the express permission of the Principal Secretary and furniture, fittings or other things being the property of the Government may not be removed for any are hereby revoked.
