Paragraph 1

(DETERMINATION OF TURNOVER) ORDER, The Governor in Cabinet, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 34Q (8) of the Information and Communications Technology Authority Law, 2002, makes the following order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Information and Communications Technology Authority Law (Determination of Turnover) Order, 2004. Definition of "turnover" (1) For the purposes of section 34Q(8) of the Law "turnover" means the total amount of receipts in money or money’s worth earned by a licensee from all sources arising out of or in connection with the licensee’s business in or from the Islands during the licensee’s financial year. (2) Further to paragraph (I), the licensee’s financial year means the financial year relevant to an anti-competitive investigation or determination and it may, in the Authority’s discretion, be the current or previous financial year of the licensee.
