Information and Communications Technology Authority Law INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY AUTHORITY (CUC - DATALINK) NOTICE, 2011 (SL 30 of 2011) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23 of the Information and Communications Technology Authority Law (2010 Revision), the Governor in Cabinet, after consultation with the Authority, issues the following Notice —
#1. Citation
#1. This Notice may be cited as the Information and Communications Technology
Authority (CUC - Datalink) Notice, 2011.
#2. Exemption
#2. Caribbean Utilities Limited is hereby exempted from the requirement to obtain an
ICT licence with respect to its provision of ICT infrastructure to Datalink Limited.
