Authorised Officers Under the Airport Regulations (1995 Revision)

Citation This notice may be cited as the Appointment and Authorisation of Officers Notice

Officers authorised to arrest without warrant The Chief Airport Security Officer, the Deputy Chief Airport Security Officer and all Airport Security Officers are authorised, on all occasions when they are on duty, to exercise within any area designated an airport, the powers of arrest without warrant. Officers authorised to exercise powers contained in regulations The public officers listed in the Schedule hereto are authorised to exercise all powers that an authorised officer may exercise under the Airport Regulations (1995 Revision).
