In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Government Fees Law (2015 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Government Fees Order, 2017. Amendment of Schedule to the Government Fees Law (2016 Revision) - prescribed fees The Schedule to the Government Fees Law (2016 Revision) is amended under the heading “Prescribed Fees” by deleting Item 4 and substituting the following — “4.(a) An application for an undertaking, or a renewal of an undertaking under —
(i) section 6 of the Tax Concessions Law (2011 Revision);
(ii) section 81 of the Trusts Law (2011 Revision);
(iii) section 38 of the Exempted Limited Partnership Law, 2014 [Law 5 of

(iv) section 58 of the Limited Liability Companies Law, 2016 [Law 2 of 2016]; or
(v) of the Limited Liability Partnership Law, 2017 [Law 13 of 2017]. $1,500 per or renewal (b) Additional fee if the application or renewal is requested to be decided on an express basis. per or renewal Certified copy of a tax undertaking. $150 per copy (d) Additional express fee if the certified copy is $100 per copy requested on an express basis. (e) Endorsement of a change of name on a tax undertaking. per endorsement (f) Additional express fee if the endorsement is requested on an express basis. per endorsement. (g) For the purposes of this paragraph —
“express basis” means the basis upon which an application is to be considered —
(i) if the application is required to be processed and determined by or before five o’clock in the evening of the same day that the application is submitted and all fees which are due to be paid are received by or before midday on the same day upon which the application is submitted; or
(ii) if the application is required to be processed and determined by or before midday on the day following the day upon which the is submitted and all fees which are due to be paid are received after midday on the same day upon which the application is submitted.”.
