Government Fees Act (2016 Revision) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Government Fees Act (2016 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation and commencement (1) This Order may be cited as the Government Fees Order, 2025. (2) This Order comes into force on 1st January, 2026. Amendment of Schedule to the Government Fees Act (2016 Revision) - prescribed fees The Schedule to the Government Fees Act (2016 Revision) is amended under the heading “Prescribed Fees” as follows — (a) by repealing paragraphs (a) to (c) in Item 2 and substituting the following paragraphs — “(a) Naturalisation under the British Nationality Act (Adults) (i)

(b) Naturalisation under the British Nationality Act (Spouses of British Overseas Territories Citizens) (i)

Paragraph 2

Registration under the British Nationality Act (Minors) (i)

and (b) by inserting after paragraph (f) in Item 2 the following paragraph — “(g) Registration as a British Citizen filing fee (non-refundable) $300.”.
