PRESCRIPTION (STATUTORY AUTHORITY DESIGNATION) ORDER, 2017 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Prescription Law (1997 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Prescription (Statutory Authority Designation) Order, 2017. Designation of the Public Lands Commission to make applications to the Grand Court The Public Lands Commission, established by section 4 of the Public Lands Law, 2017, Law 35 of 2017, is designated as the statutory authority which may apply to the Grand Court for settlement of a dispute referred to in section 9 of the Law. Made in Cabinet the 7th day of November, 2017. Kim Bullings Clerk of the Cabinet.
