REGISTERED LAND (PRESCRIPTION UNDER SECTION 99) ORDER
Citation This order may be cited as the Registered Land (Prescription Under Section 99) Order (1999 Revision) Prescription of maximum number In every registration section, the maximum number of persons who are allowed to be registered in the same register as proprietors is ten. Prescription of maximum denominator In every registration section, the maximum denominator of the vulgar fraction which expresses the share of a proprietor is one hundred.
