The Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations, 1985 made the 12th March, 1985, consolidated with Law 20 of 1998 (part) enacted the 15th February, 1999. Consolidated and revised this 8th day of June, 1999. Note (not forming part of the Regulations): This revision replaces the 1998 Revision which should now be discarded.

Regulation 1
Citation These regulations may be cited as the Liquor Licensing (Fees) Regulations (1999 Revision). Prescription of licence fee (1) Subject to subregulation (2), for the purposes of section 10(9) the following fees are prescribed for the issue of licences — (a) distributors $ 4,800 per annum (b) package $ 1,500 per annum retail $ 1,000 per annum (d) hotel -
where such hotel has twenty bedrooms or less $ 2,000 per annum
where such hotel has more than twenty bedrooms $ 4,800 per annum (e) temporary $ 1,000 (f) restaurant $ 1,500 per annum
Regulation 3
(g) wine and beer $ 1,000 per annum. (2) Where any distributors, package, hotel or restaurant licence is issued in respect of premises situated in Cayman Brac or Little Cayman, the fees for the issue of such licence shall be fifty per cent of the fee prescribed in subregulation (1). Fee for occasional authorisation For the purposes of section 19 the following fee is prescribed — Issue of occasional authorisation Publication in revised form authorised by the Governor in Council this 8th day of June, 1999.
