THE MONETARY AUTHORITY LAW (2011 REVISION)
The Governor, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 46 of the Monetary Authority Law (2011 Revision), makes the following Regulations - These Regulations may be cited as the Monetary Authority (Fees) Regulations, 2012. The Monetary Authority Law (2011 Revision) is amended by repealing Schedule 2 and substituting the following Schedule - “SCHEDULE 2 (Section 46)
Fees

Letter confirming registration or licensed status of Authority regulated entity and status of regulatory filings
Approval by the Authority of the appointment of a new Director of a licensee
$1,000 Voluntary surrender of a licence or registration certificate to the Authority
Citation Repeal and substitution of Schedule 2 of the Monetary Authority Law (2011 Revision) - fees
Application for a change in shareholding of a licensee
$1,000 Application for the appointment of a Senior Officer or Manager to a licensee
$1,000 Application for the variation of the terms of a licence
$1,000 Application for change of business plan of a licensee
$1,000 Application for a certified copy of a licence or certificate
Application for an extension to the filing of audited financial statements
Application for an exemption or waiver
Application for the use of a restricted word
Application for a change of an appointed service provider to a licensee
Application for a change of name
Filing for amendments or supplements of offering documents
Photocopying of - (a) applications for registering or licensing mutual funds; (b) reporting forms; (c) offering documents; or (d) other constitutive documents
Auditor’s application for approval for local audit sign-off”.

These Regulations were approved by the Legislative Assembly on the 16th day of November, 2012, by Government Motion No. 4 of 2012-13, in compliance with section 46 of the Monetary Authority Law (2011 Revision).
