Referendum (People-initiated Referendum Regarding the Port) Law, 2019 (Law 25 of 2019) REFERENDUM (PEOPLE-INITIATED REFERENDUM REGARDING THE PORT) In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(2) of the Referendum (People-initiated Referendum Regarding the Port) Law, 2019, the Cabinet issues the following notice — Citation This Notice may be cited as the Referendum (People-initiated Referendum Regarding the Port) (Referendum Day) Notice, 2019. Appointment of referendum day The 19th day of December, 2019 is appointed as the day for the holding of the referendum under the Referendum (People-initiated Referendum Regarding the Port) Law, 2019.
