Paragraph 1

In exercise of the power conferred by section 22 of the of the Design Rights Law, 2016 [Law 29 of 2016], the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation and commencement (1) This Order may be cited as the Design Rights Publication Fees Order, 2017. (2) This Order comes into force immediately after the Law comes into force. Amendment of Schedule to the Law The Schedule to the Law is amended in Part 2 by inserting after item 4 the following item — Fee for publication a document required to be published by the Registrar in the Gazette in support of any registration, appeal, proceeding or other matter relating to a design right
