Waiver The Cabinet, in the public interest, waives the requirement pursuant to section 13 of the Act to obtain permission to develop the land on Block 43A Parcel 346 located in Bodden Town, Grand Cayman only for the purposes of carrying out the development of Firearm Range Bays.
