Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision) DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING (WAIVER OF PERMISSION FOR DEVELOPMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(1) of the Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Development and Planning (Waiver of Permission for Development) (No. 2) Order, 2025.
Paragraph 2 Development and Planning (Waiver of Permission for Development) (No. 2) Order, 2025
Waiver The Cabinet, in the public interest, waives the requirement pursuant to section 13 of the Act to obtain permission to develop that part of the land on Block 107A Parcel 111 located west of Sunshine Drive and south of Coach Jerry Harper Boulevard in Cayman Brac East in Cayman Brac, for the purpose of the construction of temporary accommodation facilities to facilitate the construction of the new Cayman Brac High School.
