Waiver The Cabinet, in the public interest, waives the requirement pursuant to section 13 of the Act to obtain permission to develop the land on Block 98D, Parcel 139 located in Stake Bay, Cayman Brac for the purposes of carrying out the development of detention facilities for the Cayman Brac Police Station.
