Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision) DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING (WAIVER OF PERMISSION FOR DEVELOPMENT) (NO.3) ORDER, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(1) of the Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Development and Planning (Waiver of permission for development) (No.3) Order, 2025.

Paragraph 2 Development and Planning (Waiver of permission for development) (No.3) Order, 2025

Waiver The Cabinet, in the public interest, waives the requirement pursuant to section 13 of the Act to obtain permission to develop the land on Block 14CF Parcel 211 located in George Town, Grand Cayman, for the purposes of constructing and installing perimeter security fencing at One Technology Square for the safeguarding of the George Town Police Station.
