Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision) DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING (WAIVER OF PERMISSION FOR DEVELOPMENT) (NO.4) ORDER, 2025 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(1) of the Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Development and Planning (Waiver of permission for development) (No. 4) Order, 2025.

Paragraph 2 Development and Planning (Waiver of permission for development) (No.4) Order, 2025

Waiver (1) The Cabinet, in the public interest, waives the requirement pursuant to section 13 of the Act to obtain permission to develop the land on Block 59A Parcels 236 and 251 located in the registration section of Frank Sound in Grand Cayman for the purposes of the re-development of a community park and launching ramp, with an improved parking lot, public restrooms and other amenities including cabanas and electrical pedestals. (2) For the purposes of subparagraph (1), “registration section” has the meaning assigned by section 2 of the Registered Land Act (2018 Revision). Made in Cabinet the 3rd day of September, 2025.
