Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision) DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING (WAIVER OF PERMISSION FOR DEVELOPMENT) ORDER, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(1) of the Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Development and Planning (Waiver of permission for development) Order, 2024.

Paragraph 2 Development and Planning (Waiver of permission for development) Order, 2024

Waiver The Cabinet, in the public interest, waives the requirement pursuant to section 13 of the Act to obtain permission to develop the land on Block 15B Parcel 390 located in George Town, Grand Cayman only for the purposes of carrying out the development of the Cayman Islands Aquatic Centre.
