Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision) DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING (WAIVER OF PERMISSION FOR DEVELOPMENT) ORDER, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(1) of the Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Development and Planning (Waiver of Permission for Development) Order, 2025.
