Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision) DEVELOPMENT AND PLANNING (WAIVER OF PERMISSION FOR DEVELOPMENT) ORDER, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(1) of the Development and Planning Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Development and Planning (Waiver of permission for development) Order, 2026.
Paragraph 2 Development and Planning (Waiver of permission for development) Order, 2026
Waiver The Cabinet, in the public interest, waives the requirement under section 13 of the Act to obtain permission to develop the land on Block 20E Parcel 10 located in George Town, Grand Cayman in order to construct a two-storey building, a perimeter fence of a height of six feet and built on a concrete wall of a height of two feet, a generator, parking spaces and associated works for the purposes of the operation of a non-profit facility.
