Labour Act (2021 Revision) LABOUR (TRIBUNAL MEMBERS' In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 74, 77 and 85 of the Labour Act (2021 Revision), the Cabinet makes the following Regulations — Citation and commencement (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Labour (Tribunal Members’ (2) These Regulations come into force on 1st September, 2023. Remuneration A member of a Labour Tribunal established under section 74 of the Act or the Appeals Tribunal whose office is referred to in the first column of the table in the Schedule shall receive the remuneration specified in the second column of the table in the Schedule for each day, or part of a day, that the relevant member attends a meeting of the Labour Tribunal or Appeals Tribunal. Repeal The Labour (Tribunal Members’ Remuneration) Regulations, 2006 are repealed.
