In exercise of the powers conferred by section 100 of the Immigration Law (2014 Revision), the Cabinet issues the following policy directions to the Chief Immigration Officer for his guidance in the exercise of his powers, functions and duties under section 67 of the Law — Citation These Directions may be cited as the Immigration (Ebola Travel Restriction) Directions, 2014. Visitor who travelled to, from or through certain countries shall be refused permission to land A visitor to the Islands shall be refused permission to land by an immigration officer, where within twenty-one days immediately preceding his arrival in the Islands he had travelled to, from or through — (a) the Republic of Guinea; (b) the Republic of Liberia; or the Republic of Sierra Leone.
