In the exercise of the powers conferred by the Governor in Council by section 26(b) of the Immigration Law, the following Order is made — Citation This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Exempted Persons) Order, 1992. Exemption The following persons are declared to be exempt from the application of Part V of the Law — (a) the non-Caymanian cabin staff of Cayman Airways Limited during such times as they are carrying out their assigned duties in the First Class Lounge (known as the "Sir Turtle Lounge) of the airport; (b) the non-Caymanian group employees of statutory authorities during such times as they are carrying out their assigned duties for the statutory authorities.
