IMMIGRATION (GRANT OF THE RIGHT TO BE CAYMANIAN) ORDER, 2012 The Governor in Cabinet, upon the recommendation of the Caymanian Status and Permanent Residency Board, and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1)(e) of the Immigration Law (2011 Revision) makes the following Order — Citation This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Grant of the Right to be Caymanian) Order, 2012. Grantees of the right to be Caymanian The right to be Caymanian is hereby conferred on — (a) Mr. Haresh Kumar Lal Chandi; and (b) Mr. William Robert Maines.
